Granville Historical Room
The Mabel Root Henry Museum (commonly known as the Historical Room) is located at the Granville Public Library, 2 Granby Road, Granville, MA. 01034.
The Historical Room was established in 1946, at which time the Library Club members began collecting the historic photos, artifacts, documents and records now housed in the Historical Room. The room also has an extensive collection of genealogy reference material and information on Granville families, as well as a computer and photo digitization stand available for use by researchers.
Hours of the Historical Room are by appointment during library hours. We try to be at the room on the first and third Wednesday of the month but this is not always the case so be sure to make an appointment.
